DELIVERY, EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We post UK parcels via a Royal Mail special delivery service or by a courier depending on the weight and size of the item (s).
UK orders : Free shipping via special delivery
International and Europe via DHL express: Jewellery £15 bags £19 per item
Please note we do not combine items to ensure safe delivery and country duty is not exceeded
Once your order has been dispatched from us, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking. From this point, delivery times are generally as follows:
For UK: 1-3 working days
For Europe: 5-10 working days
For Rest of World: 2-5 working days
EU customers, please note:
We have been informed that from Thursday 1 July, there will no longer be a threshold under which parcels are duty and VAT exempt, so parcels of any value will now incur the VAT and duty fees of their country of destination. UK vat at 20% is deducted at the checkout for all countries outside the UK. The purchaser is responsible for local VAT and duties.
If you receive a parcel and are asked to pay a lot more than expected, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to help.
Exchanges & Returns
All rings are bespoke and made to order. Unfortunately bespoke jewellery cannot be returned under any circumstances unless they are faulty or damaged. Please check the ring size before placing your order.
You have 14 days to decide whether you would like to return your purchase for either an exchange or refund for returnable items such as bags and non bespoke jewellery.
To make it as easy as possible to exchange or return your on-line purchase, please fill out the Exchanges & Returns form enclosed in your purchase ensuring you have;
1. Ticked the item you are returning and whether you require an exchange for an alternative colour/style or whether you would like a full refund.
2. Placed the item(s) and form into the original box with dustbag, care card and packaging.
3. Return your order to Ferian P.O Box 61368, London N19 4DW
We will email you once we have received your Exchanges & Returns form and notify you of when the exchange will get sent back out, or when your purchase will be refunded.
Returns or exchanges can only be accepted if the items are returned in their original condition, with all care cards and dustbags included.
All return postage costs are your responsibility, we recommend you use Special delivery Royal Mail where goods are insured unto £500 and shipment is trackable.
Refunds will be made against the original payment card.
We aim to process refunds within 7-10 working days. Please be aware your bank may take a further 7 days to show the transaction on your account, therefore we ask you to allow up to 21 days from the date shown to receive your refund.
Discounted or promotional items cannot be returned, although may be exchanged for same value goods.
