REFUND POLICY
All rings are bespoke and made to order. Unfortunately bespoke jewellery cannot be returned under any circumstances unless they are faulty or damaged. Please carefully check the ring size before placing your order and if in the U.K we recommend using out ‘Ring Lending Service’ to find your perfect fit.
You have 14 days to decide whether you would like to return your purchase for either an exchange or refund for returnable non bespoke jewellery.
To make it as easy as possible to exchange or return your on-line purchase, please fill out the Exchanges & Returns form enclosed in your purchase kindly ensuring you have;
1. Notified us by email that you are returning your item, advising tracking number and date of dispatch.
2. Ticked the item you are returning and whether you require an exchange for an alternative colour/style or whether you would like a full refund.
3. Placed the item(s) and form into the original box with dustbag, care card and packaging.
4. Return your order to Ferian, Box 111, 73 Holloway Road, London, N7 8JZ, U.K.
We will email you once we have received your Exchanges & Returns form and notify you of when the exchange will get sent back out, or when your purchase will be refunded.
Please note;
Returns or exchanges can only be accepted if the items are returned in their original condition, with all care cards and packaging included.
All return postage costs are your responsibility, we recommend you use Special delivery Royal Mail where goods are insured unto their value and shipment is trackable.
Refunds will be made against the original payment card.
We aim to process refunds within 7-10 working days. Please be aware your bank may take a further 7 days to show the transaction on your account, therefore we ask you to allow up to 21 days from the date shown to receive your refund.
