Book a Personal Appointment

We are offering free dedicated 45 minute one-to-one appointments at The Union Club, 50 Greek Street, W1D 4EQ   Set in the heart of Soho  (just a 5 minute walk from Liberty, Oxford Circus and Tottenham Court Road) you can meet with the designer,  and receive style and sizing advice over a complimentary coffee or tea.

During your visit, you’ll be able to:

  • Have your ring size  measured using our brass models or professional ring sizer.

  • View a curated selection of our fine jewellery pre selected by you.

  • Learn more about our design process and British craft, from lost wax casting and making in London, to exploring our vintage archive of Wedgwood cameos or choosing a unique gemstone.

  • Available Now pieces can be purchased and taken away with you on the day. Made-to-order pieces typically take 3-5 weeks, depending on the item and time of year.  Our workshop always tries its best to accommodate, but bespoke, hand crafted, hallmarked items do require time.

Whether you're marking a significant moment for yourself or finding a special gift, we look forward to welcoming you and sharing the collections.  You are invited to bring an additional person to help you make your decision.

Appointments are available by booking through our online calendar.
Please use the calendar to find a suitable time, we may be able to accommodate you at an alternative time/date if you are unavailable - appointments are during weekdays.

SHIPPING

SHIPPING UK

Orders in the UK include VAT at 20% and free shipping by Royal Mail special delivery next day service.

UNITED STATES CUSTOMERS

We ship using tracked DHL express- the buyer’s contribution is approximately £25.  

All orders with a value under $800 US Dollar, equal to £560 UK Pounds, can be imported Duty Free (combined order items will be shipped separately).

R.O.W 

We ship using tracked DHL or UPS express. The buyer’s contribution is calculated at the checkout depending on your country.  An indication is :Europe £25,  U.S.A £25, New Zealand £35, Australia and  Canada £28, Singapore £55. 

For all customers outside the UK the website will automatically display prices without UK sales tax. 

Import duties and tax charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery.  Duties can be checked with your country's custom office or calculated at Simply Duty. 

All rings are bespoke and made to order and cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged. 
For non bespoke jewellery you have 14 days to decide whether you would like to return your purchase for either an exchange or refund.
