Ferian means “to carry” in Old English — and rings, more than any other piece of jewellery, have carried significance for millennia: symbolising love, union, power, devotion and allegiance.
The collection spans signet rings in gold or sterling silver, rare vintage Wedgwood cameo rings set with miniature bas-relief sculptures, devotion rings with hidden engravable plates, and enamel and gemstone rings that honour the historic symbolism of colour. Gemstones carry their own meanings: lapis lazuli for spirituality, cornelian for good fortune, malachite for balance. Each piece is designed in London, hand-polished by a single craftsperson, and hallmarked in Hatton Garden.
