Signet rings hold deep emotional meaning, which throughout history can be traced from Ancient Egypt and the Middle Ages to the Renaissance and our Modern Times. Once worn as symbols of status and power, they have evolved to represent personal affection and loyalty. Ferian aims to preserve this historic language of rings as a symbolic statement of their wearer. The colours in the Glass Enamel collection have been carefully chosen for their emblematic significance:
Coral and Flame, courage, faith and love; Emerald Green, nature and wisdom; Cobalt serenity; White spirituality; Cerulean Blue tranquillity and truth.

Designed by Ferian and crafted by a British 195-year-old family-owned silversmith whose skills hold a Royal warrant in recognition of their emblematic jewellery, national honours, and ceremonial swords.
Hand-worked
The enamelling process consists of glass granules skilfully hand applied to faceted sterling silver to create the ring’s colourful disk. It is then kiln-fired multiple times and hand polished to reveal lustrous colour which alters with light refraction. This hand-worked process ensures each piece is unique.
Hallmarked on reverse with silversmith's maker's mark.
