Sterling Silver with 18 carat Gold Vermeil Interior

Playful, devoted, courageous, impudent, and entertaining

Chosen for its distinctive character, Ferian's Pug pays tribute to the famed literary and artistic muses of  Hogarth ( 'Trump'), Cecil Beaton ('Mr Wu), and George Eliot (Pug).

Starting life as a hand drawn sketch, this engaging, enthusiastic little pug has been carefully observed  with minute details of paw pads, snub nose, panting tongue and set with a fresh water cultured pearl ball.

The piece combines traditional craftsmanship with functional design - serving both as jewellery and a personal fragrance diffuser.

Drawing inspiration from the Georgian era’s fascination with scent and animal symbolism, the Perfume Pug is perforated in the tradition of the pomander. A scent-infused sponge (or cotton-wool) rests within the internal cavity, protected by 18-carat gold vermeil to prevent oxidation from perfume oils. This allows your chosen fragrance to gently diffuse throughout the day, leaving a subtle, aromatic trail.

The chain sits under the collar bone so is visible worn with a shirt or can be layered with longer pendants and chains.

London Craft

Each micro engineered component is hand-polished and assembled by a single master craftsperson, then bicycled to Hatton Garden for hallmarking — all within a five-mile radius in London — reflecting Ferian’s commitment to local artistry of distinction and heritage craft.
