Chosen for its distinctive character, Ferian's Pug pays tribute to the famed literary and artistic muses of Hogarth ( 'Trump'), Cecil Beaton ('Mr Wu), and George Eliot (Pug).
Starting life as a hand drawn sketch, this engaging, enthusiastic little pug has been carefully observed with minute details of paw pads, snub nose, panting tongue and completed with a fresh water cultured pearl ball.
Drawing inspiration from the Georgian era’s fascination with animals and symbolism, the locket is designed to house treasured mementos, a loved ones hair, private love note or secret code.
The chain sits under the collar bone so is visible worn with a shirt or can be layered with longer pendants and chains.

Each micro engineered component is lost wax cast, hand-polished and assembled by a single master craftsperson, then bicycled to Hatton Garden for hallmarking — all within a five-mile radius in London — reflecting Ferian’s commitment to local artistry of distinction and heritage craft.
