VINTAGE CAMEO NAUTICAL GOLD HOOP SINGLE EARRINGS
GOLD
MADE TO ORDER
Anchors represent security, safety and hope. Boats and Ships symbolise adventure, crossing the sea can represent taking a new emotional journey.
The cameo is mounted in a bespoke solid gold setting suspended from a lightweight Yellow Gold Creole Hoop which opens with an integral hinge, and closes to form a complete circular earring.
These vintage cameos are some of the last to be produced by Wedgwood’s Stoke-on-Trent pottery and date from the 1950s- 1980s and are pieces of British ceramic history. The hand made, kiln fired quality makes it slightly irregular and each setting has to be adjusted to fit the setting.
The earring will be lost wax cast, polished and set by hand by one master craftsperson in London and finally hallmarked in Hatton Garden, London.
Any of the cameos seen in our round Vintage Ceramic Ring collection can be mounted in this setting - please email customerenquiries@ferian.co.uk for details.
Please note the earrings are sold individually.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. All earrings are bespoke and made to order and non returnable unless faulty.
